They are unable to offer any NHS emergency appoinments and just said sorry! My teeth were messed up by a dental surgery in London, which I'd been forced to go to because no one in Cambridge accepts new patients, and Brookfields Community Dental Services just asked me to go back to them! Very useful advice!!!!!!

Dr Ian Hunt was brilliant today, I had been in a lot of pain all weekend from a broken molar, and nervous about visiting the dentist. He was professional and friendly, put me at ease and extracted the tooth with zero pain.

Ian is lovely and so kind but the receptionists in this place are horrendous the first time I called the most lovely bubbly girl was on the phone she couldn’t be more helpful. The second time the lady was vile ! I had been calling since 8am and by 8.20am she said there was nothing left. Easter holidays coming and she couldn’t be bothered clearly! I’m sure she wouldn’t have appreciated it if she was in agony.

What an amazing and slick service. I had incredibly painful toothache and Ian Hunt couldn’t do enough for me. Ian hunt is absolutely amazing, he had some muscles for an old man but he’s brilliant. Put on the form that I have anxiety from previous bad experience and he was informing me of every step he was taking to get my tooth out. Totally recommend

I had my impacted wisdom tooth removed by Dr Prem. Nair. He was very patient with me and the surgery was performed well with no complications. His nurse was a star too!
