Visit to the hygienist today , which was the first time in several years as had always been painful, but today I had a very pleasant young woman who was very gentle and kind who done a wonderful job using the air and water plus descaling , my teeth feel and look so much better and I shall keep up with visits in the future, I’m very happy with the result
