Great dentist. I did Invisalign for roughly a year and a half. It straightened my teeth well, as they were very wonky before, but it didn’t correct my bite properly. We tried Invisalign twice more to correct my bite, but it still didn’t work, so we ended up switching to a fixed brace to finish correcting my bite. The fixed brace worked great and sorted my bite faster than the extra two rounds of Invisalign. Dr Haj mentioned that she had also had to switch her other Invisalign patients to a fixed brace as they had the same issue with the bite not being corrected. We then did composite bonding to make sure all my chips and dents in my teeth were smoothed perfectly. Overall I’m very appreciative for the work that she put into making sure that my smile is perfect, even though it was a long process and we needed to switch from my original plan.

I had my braces done here over the past 6 months, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From start to finish, the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made every appointment easy and comfortable, and were always happy to answer any questions I had. Dr. Haj was absolutely fantastic throughout my treatment. She’s incredibly skilled, patient, and really takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. I always felt in safe hands and completely confident in her expertise. The treatment was quick, great value for money, and the care I received throughout was exceptional. I’d highly recommend this dental practice to anyone considering braces or any dental work. A genuinely wonderful team and a fantastic experience all round!

Horrible experience! Genuinely gob smacked by the 5 star reviews?! I booked a ‘Free Consultation’ which I had to pay £50 for, when I questioned it the receptionist told me it would come off the treatment. Red flag! I then went for my appointment, Dr Haj was half an hour late for my appointment as I could hear her on the phone to a mobile phone company arguing about a data plan, it was very unprofessional as I could hear every word while waiting. When I was finally seen, I spent about 1 minute in the chair before being told that Invisalign was terrible and I should go with a new aligner system that Dr Haj makes in the cellar and it was £3k, would take 4 months (all other dentists have said 12-18 months) no further information, no quote but to transfer £500 and to trust her. No X-rays, no computer generated model, no plan?! Red flags again! My gut feeling was way off but the £3k was much cheaper than elsewhere so kept trying to justify it but I just felt too uncomfortable with the red flags. I contacted Brunswick a few days later to request my £50 back which to my surprise they agreed to and I saw it came back into my account. 2 weeks later I received an alarming message at 3:30 out of the blue, this was the first message I received since they had agreed to the refund. “Dear Mr W, Despite reminding you several times that we refunded twice you have chosen to ignore our request to return the extra payment or to discuss with us why you have not returned the over payment. If we do not receive any communication from you by close of business you leave us no other option but to make a house visit. I would urge you to contact us immediately. Thank you Dr Haj Barlow” I genuinely hadn’t seen a double payment. When questioned about ‘reminding me’ several times, they said they had called me once but hadn’t left a voicemail. I transferred immediately when I went back through my account and saw the double payment. Threatening to come to my house because I didn’t answer a call from an unknown number with voice mail and no follow up call or messages! So unprofessional, immoral and I’m sure breaking a number of GDPR rules! Red flags and gut feeling very much correct on this one!

I highly recommend Dr Haja at Brunswick Dental Rooms in Kingston. She is so lovely and always makes me feel comfortable. I recently had two bridges done on the plan and they look amazing. I never feel nervous about going in because she explains everything so clearly and is very kind. What meant so much is that she allowed me to spread the cost over a year which made the treatment possible for me. I am now halfway to getting my smile back and I am so grateful. The whole team is welcoming and professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

If you have a cosmetic dental issue and you are trying to find someone to trust with your mouth, go to Haj. She is a true perfectionist and you will walk out of her practice looking better than you went it. After a botch job was done by another dentist on my severely chipped tooth I had lost trust in dentists and was left feeling deflated. Haj not only fixed the original issue, but helped to identify and explain other issues that had been ignored by dentists over the years. She gave full context and description at each step of my dental plan, leaving me not only with a healthier and better mouth, but with an increased understanding of my own dental care at home.
