Everyone at the practice is welcoming and professional. I've been a patient for many years, but recently brought my daughter for her first appointment and although I was slightly apprehensive, it couldn't have gone better. Everyone at the surgery made her feel relaxed and welcomed, despite her being only 2, the dentist managed to give her a proper check up, she was thrilled with the seemingly endless stickers and was so engaged with colouring in the waiting room, she didn't want to leave. Claire on reception helped me from the the beginning by doing everything she could to get me in same day can not thank her enough 4 hours over a sink drinking water to dampen the pain I thought what am I going to do Neena and her assistant did a brilliant job of keeping me calm and guided me through everything step by step absolutely petrified of needle well I didn’t feel a thing hardly felt any pressure at all everybody in the surgery are brilliant from the reception to the surgery just great and I can’t miss out the main man ghali he as helped me for the past year slowly getting me used to dentist and he his very patient with me Just a great team all of you Am off to sip water and milk it at home like I have lost a limb I need looking after for a hour now lol
