My father always got great dental care here, however he passed away and I have had to ask three times to stop receiving reminders for appointments. Hopefully they stop now but not very good.

Extremely Overpriced for Standard Service Definitely not worth the visit. Dental hygiene services in London typically cost between £65 to £75 yet these guys are charging nearly £150 for the exact same treatment. They use the same basic equipment as every other practice and the hygienists are all paid roughly the same across the board. So why the insane markup? It feels like they’re just ripping people off for no good reason. You’re not getting anything extra in terms of service equipment or results just a higher bill. I won’t be coming back and definitely don’t recommend it to anyone who values fairness or transparency in pricing.

I recently had a wonderful experience at this BUPA dentist and specifically with Dr Sneha Kubal who fitted a fab new gold crown for me. I am delighted with it. It was done over two appointments. During the first, which was two hours long and involved drilling, she allowed me to listen to my podcasts on my headset which was so great for distraction. The second appointment was quick and easy and now I have great new tooth jewellery! Many thanks Sneha and BUPA Dental Care Kensington 👍
