I had a very bad experience at this practice. My appointment was cancelled without anyone informing me, and when I called to ask what happened, the receptionist was extremely rude and patronising. She even insinuated that if I don’t like it, I can go elsewhere, which is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I have never been treated like this before. After reading other reviews, it seems this type of behaviour isn’t an isolated incident. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this practice.

Dr Lobo is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is so kind and lovely, and also wonderful with children. Couldn’t recommend her more. The reception staff are always great - very friendly and helpful.

Fitted me in at short notice and Tony Rose ( who is an excellent dentist) did a prompt appraisal, explained what he was doing and carried out a permanent repair on my broken tooth with total expertise and with no discomfort at all on my part. What’s more Bupa covers me for £300 of treatment even though I only have a general policy. Staff are most polite as well. A very good experience .
