Made an appointment for my wife, ( Alzheimer's ) sufferer. Got appointment very quickly on day and time to suit. Completing the BUPA online info was simple and smooth. On arrival, Reception was friendly and straightforward. Manager, Pauline, came through to speak to us. The Reception area is very nice. Karen, Dentist, was very friendly, understanding, caring and professional in checking and treatment. Same with her Nurse. The follow-up treatment was booked very quickly by Reception. Pauline spoke to us when we were finished. Superb service. Confident that treatment will go well. Would wholeheartedly recommend .

All I can say is absolutely amazing! As someone who was terrified of the dentist after 3 previous traumas, I finally took the decision to go as my dental issues were taking away my life. It was the best decision I've ever made. Yes, the first visit was traumatic for me, but the care and understanding I got from Lubino and Emily was beyond amazing! I cannot thank them enough, they changed my life. I had quite a bit of treatment, all of which was excellent from start to finish, I can now smile again with confidence and can honestly say I'm no longer afraid to visit the dentist, never in a million years did I think that phrase would be said by me! If you are afraid of the dentist, I can highly recommend Bupa Dental in South Queensferry, every single visit I've had was exceptional from Lubino, Emily, Ben the hygienist and the lovely reception staff who always have a smile for you. Thank you so much for giving me my life back, I really can't praise you all enough!

Lubino and Emily have completely changed my daughter’s experience of the dentist and I am beyond grateful ! Previous visits to the dentist have been very traumatic but from the minute we walked in we were made to feel extremely comfortable. They were so patient and lovely I could not recommend them enough !

Hi I can't thank all the team enough in the Bupa Dental care queensferry! As I came in with my mum thinking all she had a sore side of her face but Dr Lubino do Rego said she needs to go to the hospital, so then he wrote a referal letter for her to take to the hospital and luckily he did as the hospital was mobbed but due to the letter she got seen to fast. I am so grateful he reached out and took further action as my mum then got kept in and got the help she needed. Couldn't thank you all enough again !!

Absolutely amazing team from the min i walked through the door with more than a one wobbly tooth.. i was given the devastating news of gum disease till i received gum surgery and they helped to save my teeth. i could not be more thankful to be able to smile not only with a full mouth, but confidentiality each n every day... Each and everyone of the staff members Went over and beyond to help me that day..till now. Every one of my family went through a extreme difficult times n situation on individual levels, again they delivered....Highly recommend this place. 10 star rating from us all. Thank you 💕

A Life-Saving Team – Forever Grateful to Bupa South Queensferry I cannot recommend the team at Bupa South Queensferry highly enough. I’ve been a patient there for several years and have always left with a smile – literally. Over time, I’ve gotten to know Lubino, Dr. Rania Savidi, and Emily, and funnily enough, it turned out that Lubino is not only part of the practice but also a neighbour and a fellow parent at my daughter's school. What happened last Sunday morning at an unthinkable hour has left me in awe and filled with gratitude. My husband began experiencing severe pain in his left chest and arm. Recognising the symptoms of a heart attack, I called 999. After confirming that it was, in fact, a heart attack, the emergency services told me that an ambulance could take over an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. Out of desperation, I picked up the phone and called Lubino at 2:30am. Within five minutes, he was at our door. He understood immediately how serious the situation was and drove my husband straight to the hospital himself. His phone battery had died, but somehow he managed to arrange for Dr Avis Dacosta, also part of the Bupa team, and Dr. Rania Savidi to come to my house so I could go to the hospital — I’m a mother of three, including a 14-month-old, and my children were asleep. These incredible people came out in the early hours of a Sunday morning, some bringing their own children, others leaving theirs, just to help. It didn’t stop there. Lubino had Emily on standby from the early hours, ready to attend to the patient at the practice once he finished at A&E. My husband actually went into cardiac arrest in the A&E waiting area, and if it weren’t for Lubino’s quick thinking and action, he wouldn’t be with us today. And still, after all that, Lubino went on to open the practice to treat a girl he had met at A&E earlier that morning who needed urgent dental care. His team pulled together in a way that goes beyond words. They showed up not just as professionals, but as humans, neighbours, and friends. These are exceptional people who make up a truly outstanding team. They went above and beyond for my family, and I can never thank them enough. Because of them, my children still have their father, and I was able to leave them in the safest, kindest hands during the scariest moment of our lives. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Cannot thank this dental team enough, i fell over a weekend and my whole front tooth fell out, others chipped as well. I happened to meet Lubino in A&E that night (sheer luck) and out the kindness of his heart he opened his doors at 9am on a Sunday morning and him and his dental nurse Emily put my tooth back in! I genuinely cannot thank this pair enough they were so positive and supportive towards me even though it was a weekend and they were probably both on very little sleep. After they put my tooth back in they were still extremely worried about me and continued to check up on me later that day and the following day. When I explained to them what my dentist had told me they dropped everything to make a difference for me that someone else wouldn't, they stayed back after the clinic closed and worked longer to continue with my immediate treatment. Again i cannot thank Lubino and Emily enough for being such kind caring people and i would also like to say thank you to the whole team for letting me come in on a Sunday and stay back on a Monday. I have never experienced kindness like this and i am so so grateful to have bumped into Lubino that night. One more thing, Emily and Lubino make a great team and if you’re lucky to have them for your dental treatment they will keep you calm with good music going always!!

What a fantastic team Emily and Lubino are! Lubino replaced my daughter’s tooth in an emergency appointment this morning after a dancing incident in a nightclub 😏 Lubino was calm, putting both my daughter and I at ease. I was impressed that Emily seems to know what he needs before he does, a perfect assistant. Emily was a star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️, she came in on a Sunday morning to help with the treatment, she was calm, empathetic and enthusiastic. Thank you doesn’t seem enough!
