I’m really pleased with the care and dental treatment I received from Dr Rosen Smukov. 🦷🙂 He was very reassuring, clearly explaining the treatments he was going to do, and the work itself was carried out quickly and gently. I’ve also previously been seen by the practice owner, Dr Olga Sivova, and was equally happy with the care I received from her. Going to the dentist isn’t usually something to look forward to, but when you’re treated with such respect and kindness, it makes the whole experience so much easier to cope with. I’d definitely recommend this practice.

Rosen tried to save my tooth but it wasn’t meant to be and had to have it removed. Due to my past experiences with dentist I was nervous but Rosen made me feel very relaxed and the tooth removal was straightforward. I would definitely recommend both Olga and Rosen as both are very caring

I have been to Cam Dental practice a few times to be seen by Dr Ivanova. She is very gentle and considerate of my dentophobia, my first appointment was hard for me but the patience and care I was shown has somewhat changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. I had root canal work done over 3 appointments, saved a tooth and got me in with the nicest dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone who works there is lovely. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Never have I been so disappointed in a dentist. I was sent here by 111 and being refused to be seen as I wasn’t registered, they proceeded to keep me waiting for over an hour whilst they saw to people coming in who and I quote “don’t have the right immigration paperwork”, I didn’t receive any form of an apology at all from either of the receptionists, the dental nurse or the practitioner, who also turns out to be the owner, they saw me and quickly went through some checks with me, told me they were adding me to the government plan that helps people to get the treatment they need urgently if not registered or able to afford private health care, brilliant news, I made another appointment, come the day of the appointment and my childminder is running late, my sons had emergency surgery so I couldn’t drag him out the house nor could I physically afford to miss the appointment, so I’m trying to call them to give them a heads up, but I can’t get through, I didn’t leave a message as find most businesses don’t return messages left, so I call again, to be told I’m 5 minutes late so I’ve been kicked out of the practice, I’ve broken down into a flood of tears begging and pleading for them to reason with me, to have some understanding and compassion, but it wasn’t good enough, I’ve been in and out of hospital all year and was referred to the dentist as a root of my pain and poor health, my mental health couldn’t be much worse feeling as scared and alone as I do, a single parent doing her best to keep afloat and keep her son safe and well, I was less than 3 minutes away from them and they point blank refused. Instead giving me attitude and snotty dismissive comments. I can’t express how let down I feel, this is the nhs? This is a joke. That’s just the service, the building is filthy, the walls are literally all peeling off and mouldy, there’a cobwebs everywhere and not just little ones, they have open bags of building mixes open and in the walkways, open and exposed building materials and dirt in a small dingy unventilated area. NHS truly is lost. Rest in peace to free health care for British citizens.

Absolutely wonderful dental practice. Our 3 children are registered with Olga and we couldn't ask for a better dentist - Olga is so kind and always gives an exceptional service.
