Review for Campbell and Gibson Dental Practice, North Berwick I was on holiday in North Berwick last week with my son, who was playing in a tennis tournament. On Friday afternoon, his brace (which had only been fitted two weeks earlier) broke — a metal fitting came away from his tooth and was painfully digging into his upper lip. We were both really upset and worried, especially as he was due to play a doubles match that afternoon and was heading straight from North Berwick to Ilkley the next day with his tennis academy — without me accompanying him. We truly didn’t know what to do. A friend who knows the area suggested we try Campbell and Gibson Dental Practice, which they had noticed nearby. We popped in, even though it was lunchtime, and were met with such kindness and understanding. Despite being fully booked for the afternoon, the team kindly offered to fit my son in during their lunch break to fix his brace. I have never felt so grateful. The female dentist and her dental nurse were incredibly efficient, calm, and kind — and to top it off, they wouldn’t even accept any payment for the treatment. It was such a heart-warming act of generosity and compassion at a moment when we really needed help. I honestly can’t thank them enough. They turned a really stressful situation into one of relief and gratitude. North Berwick is lucky to have such a wonderful dental team.

Called on the Monday and got seen on the Tuesday. I wasn't registered but they took me anyway. Staff were fantastic. They took my wisdom tooth out and it only cost £82. I have now registered with them and am signing up to their dental plan.

I cannot recommend this dentist enough. I've had troubles with my teeth all my life but have found the care exemplary at this practice. They've treated me at a moments notice when a crown has fallen out and given me excellent personalised dental hygiene advice. Everyone goes above and beyond and as a patient, you're made to feel as though your dental health is their highest priority.

As a family, we have been registered with Campbell and Gibson in North Berwick for 5 years. We have been very impressed with both the dental care and professional service to date. This feeling was particularly reinforced when our young daughter had a dental emergency a few weeks ago. We called the practice immediately after the accident happened and they told us to bring her straight in and within 30mins she was being seen by a wonderful dentist - Deborah Smith. Deborah and her team were brilliant - not only by providing excellent treatment to rectify the problem, but by being kind and gentle with our daughter who was very upset after the accident. We would also like to take this opportunity to praise the Practice Manager, Sarah Kirkham, who couldn't have been more accommodating and sweet to our daughter. She even called the following day, just to check in and see how our daughter was feeling. Thank you so much.
