Thank you so much!! I came in for an emergency appointment due to an extremely sensitive and painful tooth. Within 5 minutes of being seen Dr Kotecha had found the problem and gave me several options. I opted for the crown as he explained in detail this would be the best option for saving my tooth from further cracks and prevent further treatment! I was able to come back the next day, on his day off which he so kindly offered to do to have the crown fitted and a night guard! I can’t explain how thankful I am to be out of pain within a day! My journey with Dr Kotecha started with me in June of this year, after visiting my dental practice i was getting nowhere no decision was made. In hindsight I think it probably was too complicated for them . I decided to look elsewhere having looked at quite a few surgeries all over the country I was impressed by the Care dental practice and Dr Kotecha and went along to see him. I was pleased with how positive he was about putting my teeth right ,he came up with a plan and I started straight away. The treatment I received was second to none the whole team was fantastic and felt very comfortable with the operation which turned out to be less painful than expected and the aftercare was spot on . My journey was completed today and has been a fantastic success, my smile is back . I think I was lucky to find such a great surgeon . Today, I feared my ENT issues were starting to escalate, due to an abscess near one of my crowns. I had originally booked in next week to get the root canal work done. However, the congestion I had been experiencing began to cause pressure over and at the back of my eye socket, and I rang Care Dental on the off chance they could see me sooner. Very fortunately, I managed to get an appointment for this afternoon. I had had an X-ray yesterday, and Dr. Kotecha had talked me through the procedure, and he had also explained two or three other routes that he may have to take, if there were problems. Fortunately, everything went really smoothly and efficiently, and I was finished with an hour. After another X-ray, I was shown how the tooth looked now, and told the procedure had gone really well. Amazing patient care. I am so grateful that the problem that has been causing issues with my sinuses has been dealt with, and that over the next few weeks i will hopefully be back to normal. A huge thank you to Dr Kotecha and all the team at Care Dental.
