I have been fortunate to have had nearly 20 years of excellent support from the past and present dentists. I have never felt so safe and cared for. It is a difficult job for dentists, nurses and for reception. They need a better deal from the NHS. But I’m very happy and grateful for their support for myself and my family.

Took my daughter did not do anything but book her another appointment till 2 months witch they told me they would do it then and the man wasn’t very nice to my daughter and dint ask if she was ok or anything the whole time

Myself and family come to this Dental Surgery. Nice friendly staff, and have always been looked after. Can not fault them in anyway..... would highly recommend! 5☆☆☆☆☆

Called for a appointment after lockdown and they were rude to me and said I had been taking of the list even though I never missed any appointments but they kept the rest of my family even though I went there first and I recommended them to this practice. 4 years waiting list everywhere so I had to go private!!!

Would give zero stars if possible. Called to book an appointment after lockdown and was rudely told they'd had to reduce their number of patients in order to deal with services post-Covid. So I was struck off without warning, leaving me without a dentist and wait lists in the area of up to 4 years! When I asked why no one informed me I was told "That would have been a courtesy...your dental health is your own responsibility". The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I work in a hospital and this is no way to speak to patients or handle the backlog post-Covid.

I have been with Carl Godfrey for a number of years and have had first class treatment on every occasion. The staff are pleasant and very helpful .There is always a pleasant aura in the surgery which helps to reduce the usual anxiety when visiting a Dentist.
