I was seen here today as an emergency patient, I’m not registered with this dentist. All of The staff I saw were all nice and kind, the lady dentist who saw me is amazing, put me right at ease and sorted me out big time! The service I received was excellent. I Can’t thank everyone there enough and would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

After being with Chester Road Dental Practice since a child over 40 + years I had been trying to get an appointment since covid to be told I was no longer a patient. I had no letter,phone call or any correspondence from the practice to say I would be removed, I am so disappointed and disgusted that the loyalty I gave to the practice as my children who are grown up still go to the practice and I'm just taken off the books without prior warning. Obviously loyalty to customers has now gone at the practice since previous partners left, it used to be an excellent practice such a shame.

I am very happy with the treatment I received on Monday 31st October I was referred as an emergency as I was in alot of pain, Mr Wills was very reasurring with me as I am a very nervous patient and calmly talked me through my options as I had to have a tooth removed During the whole procedure I was respected and cared for by Mr Wills and his team I highly recommend this Dentist to others and I will be returning
