I’ve had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Hanieh Azarpeikan (Dr Med Dent., University of Szeged, GDC 320268), and it’s clear she is an outstanding dentist in every sense. She carries herself with quiet confidence, deep knowledge and a gentle approach that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Hanieh takes time to explain every detail, checks in regularly to make sure you’re comfortable and always treats you with genuine respect. You never feel rushed, and you always know you’re in safe, skilled hands. Dental Nurse Lara Silva deserves just as much recognition. She is calm, reassuring and incredibly professional. Lara manages every part of the appointment smoothly, keeps the environment relaxed and supports Dr. Hanieh with real dedication. Her kind manner makes a big difference, especially during longer or more complex treatments.

On the 19th of June I sent in a series of concerns I had regarding the practice (of which I have been a patient of for some considerable time, including when at the White House) A week later I had to request an acknowledgement which I did receive the following day, suggesting how the practice took all feedback seriously along with a copy of the complaints procedure. This suggested that the matter would be dealt with within a period of 25 working days. It is now over 124 days since then and as far as I can tell, I have heard nothing back. My concern began with an appointment for an extraction which I turned up for only to find it had been cancelled and despite been assured that the Practice had contacted me, there turned out to be no evidence of this in my records. Also, since my initial email to you, I had an appointment with my dentist (who I rate) re the extraction in question and was given the choice of either him doing it on the day or being referred to a specialist unit. I opted for the specialist unit and was advised that I would be contacted within 3 weeks. It is now 19 weeks since and as far as I can tell I still have not received word. So, to sum up, I would like: an acknowledgement of this email a response to the points raised in my first and second emails of concern a reimbursement a) for the overpayment that I referred to in my initial email b) for the extraction that I haven't had and which I paid for I would be grateful for an answer Mick Scruton

Do not use. They cancel your appointment and then refuse to reimburse any advance payments you have made. I have since contacted the integrated care board, the regulators for dentists, apparently they have a history for doing this. If you do use them do not pay up front.

From when I entered the reception … the staff were very welcoming 💕 But …….I really wanted to say ……the WONDERFUL Dr. HENIEH AZAREIKAN ……was just AMAZING !💕!……she talked me through all the procedure's that I was to have ….and was just SO GENTLE…PATIENT ….&. SO CARING ……NOTHING … was too much trouble ……..I so wished I had know her a long time ago ! …..as I might have been left with more teeth 🫣!! Her assistant JARA was also lovely. I found it so hard to find an nhs dentist and then by luck I found clinic 43 taking on new nhs patients. I have to say at other dentists when you’re an nhs patient you get treated like a problem. I’ve never been treated well by a dentist until clinic 43. This dentist has been the best. All the staff are so lovely and you can tell they actually care. The hygienist I saw today was so amazing! It was my first time and she put me at ease so much. 10/10 dentist.

Nidhin Sathikumar was amazing, my daughter had to have 6 teeth removed, they were all baby ones but he was so gentle and reassuring throughout, couldn't have wished for a better dentist
