Where to start, the overall experience has been fabulous, The staff, from Reception, to dental assistants to the orthodontist, they are an amazing team and their support to our daughter has been amazing. They are all very accommodating and flex to support and tailor to the patients needs. Fully explaining the treatment plan and expectations. They have support my daughter for over two years and the support had been consistent.

Although it turned out that my treatment couldn’t be carried out in the way I had initially hoped, Mr. Davies was incredibly kind, gentle, and honest in explaining everything to me. He took the time to make sure I understood the situation and made me feel supported and cared for throughout. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism, and it’s clear that kindness radiates through him and his whole practice. The staff were all equally lovely and welcoming, which made the experience so much more positive. He's just had his final braces removed (now wearing retainers at night), and the transformation is amazing! He's very happy, as are we as his parents.
