From start to finish, the team has been friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive. A special thank you to Dr. Aziz, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly from day one, checked in at every appointment, and made sure I always felt comfortable and confident with each stage of the treatment. His attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. If you’re considering Invisalign or any dental treatment, I can’t recommend Confident Dental highly enough. Truly a five star experience!

I initially visited this dental clinic for a minor issue, a shallow crack in my molar. The dentist recommended grinding down the tooth and placing a crown, which I trusted was the right course of action. Unfortunately, this decision has led to far worse problems. During the crown installation, the dentist struggled to fit it correctly. Instead of addressing the issue properly, she ground down the opposing tooth as well, leaving me with persistent pain in both teeth. Worse still, the crown placement was clearly off, as I couldn't bite properly. The teeth on the opposite side of my mouth could not even touch. Despite this, the dentist insisted the crown was perfectly fitted. When the dentist realised she had ground too much off the opposing tooth, she applied some fillers to it, but those fillers fell off after just two hours. I returned the next day due to discomfort, and thankfully, another dentist adjusted the crown free of charge. This is the only reason I am giving two stars instead of one. Now, nearly two months later, I still cannot eat anything harder than pasta without experiencing severe pain. What started as a small crack has escalated into a major issue, and now the dentist is suggesting a root canal for the same tooth. If that fails, what next? Extraction and an implant? It feels like a never-ending cycle that could have been avoided in the first place. I cannot help but feel like I was pushed into unnecessary treatment that has only made my situation worse. Be cautious before agreeing to major dental work here. ### Update (6+ months later) ### The situation has only become worse. The molar with the crown still hurts whenever I bite, and since the crown does not fit properly, not only the opposing molar but also the molars on the other side of my mouth have been worn down and have become sensitive. Before getting this crown, I could still eat on one side of my mouth, but now I can only manage soft food, like a grandma. I used to be very proud of my teeth and I love eating. Choosing to have this crown fitted at Confidential Dental Practice, while paying the highest fees in my region, has been a terrible mistake. It has quite literally ruined my life. Please think very carefully before deciding to go to this clinic.

The service at the location was excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. I had an emergency, which they attended to, and I needed details of the treatment provided by the dentist for my insurance reimbursement. I've called more than three times and sent at least five emails requesting details and explaining my situation, but they haven't been able to send a description of the treatment performed, which prevented me from receiving the reimbursement. The experience, which started well, ended up being very unsatisfactory

I really like dentists in this practice. My kids registered with this practice for their regular check ups and I am more than happy with their attitude and service. I had an appointment with the hygienist Farzana and this was the first and definitely my last appointment with her. She charged £94 for scale&polish procedure and she did nearly nothing at all. She only used ultrasonic to clean the build up, but why didn’t she use the manual instruments after that? Does she know how much build up you can clean between the teeth using manual instruments on top of the ultrasonic? I asked for «airflow» afterwards, but she said I don’t need it as she needs extra time for that and she doesn’t have it, which was weird because she saved time by only using the scaler and the practice was empty with no people waiting in the area before or after my appointment. She didn’t even offer a mirror afterwards. I know how the scale&polish procedure should be done and in another practices you pay much less and get the full treatment using all of the instruments and even the air flow on top if you want. So unhappy to spend so much money for this.

A Foolish Seeker

Whenever I've had treatment at private clinics, all the people are usually polite, make the patient feel calm and explain things properly. I had booked an urgent appointment here and was seen by a lady doctor (apologies can't remember her name). It was the most rushed appointment I ever had. I was in and out of the examination in less than 5 minutes! As if I got a free checkup, which wasn't the case. They wanted to give me a prescription but it took another at least 5 minutes search around the clinic to find a prescription sheet. Not 'Confident' about them at all.
