Disappointed....after 20yrs at this practice I have noticed in recent years the standard of patient care dropping especially for NHS patients, broken tooth 5/6 week wait for an appointment but pay privately and it's 5 days! The staff have clearly not had any training in conflict resolution or basic customer service. They have a high turn over of staff which speaks volumes. They are all about the money and not so much about the care! Shame used to be good.
