I took my mother here on referral from a couple we met in a cafe. Mum has dementia and Paul was brilliant with her (and me as I always ask tons of questions and want to know everything!) It couldn’t have gone better! So pleased for that referral!

From the first Phone call through to the Dental appointment today the service at Crane dental has been superb. I am not the most confident dentist visitor and always require a little encouragement to attend the dentist (like Pain) so signing onto a new dentist is a daunting task for me but i felt well supported throughout my experience with Crane Dental surgery help with appointments, cheerful welcoming receptionist, lovely calm caring dentist (Paul) his lovely understanding wife right through to the kind calm hygienist Janine. I would highly recommend this dentist. I have booked my next appointment.

After being told by our previous dentist that some of my 5yr old's teeth needed pulling out, I went to Crane Dental for a second opinion. Our experience there was relaxed, friendly, and professional. Paul (my lovely new dentist) had an excellent 'chair-side manner' . He took the time to explain everything to me and my child very clearly, He is going the extra mile to save her teeth (and in doing so, swerve potential future problems). But that was not all...both my children were treated to sort of 'masterclass' by the oral hygienist. She took time to demonstrate good brushing techniques and explained about acid attacks and how to reduce them. Empowered with practical knowledge, I feel I can now prevent future problems from occurring in the first place. and our dental treatment will be of the highest standard. I only wish I'd found Crane Dental years ago.
