I am surprised to see there are positive reviews for this clinic. The dental filling caused me a lot of pain, which lasted for weeks. When I told the dentist the pain, she dismissed it completely, and said oh, you can experience discomfort! As if I don't know what pain is? And the filling was not done properly so I need to get it done again at another dentist. The dentist who saw me was so rude. They make you wait over 30 minutes to see the dentist. If you need treatment, they will ask you to rebook another appointment even though it would take them like 2-3 minutes. After I sent them a complaint, their response was: "We have made the decision to suspend your access to our dental clinic indefinitely." Utterly disgraceful. I do not recommend this place! Update: the tooth dentist treated broke later. Now, I need to get an implant. Unbelievable.

Very Pathetic Dental, I came through NHS and they make us fool, they charge £27 without any treatment. Patent people and pathetic service. They said they will operate but nothing they have done

One of worst emergency dental services providers.we went to this hospital for emergency care where they charge £27. Receptionist gave us form to fill up in rush and need to pay appointment fee asap.After paying they just showoff to checkup and told us just take the medicine which is given by A&E.Still I am not getting what is purpose to pay them if they didn’t gave me medicine or any care.I ask them what temporary solution you provided they don’t have answer and saying that is charges for appointment.please Don't go to this hopscotch if you are in emergency.

Extraordinary dental care. Dr Pankti Patel took care of me for my root canal and several other fillings and is one of the best dentists I have ever met. She took great lengths to ensure a pain free comfortable experience. She and her dental assistants didn’t rush anything and took time to explain everything to me and answer any questions. Not only did I receive professional care it was a heartwarming experience to find gentle and caring dentist.💯

Just had a tooth (molar) extraction here, I came on an emergency appointment, I’m not a regular so I never did catch any of the team member’s names, but I just want to commend the dentist & nurse who completed my extract on short notice. I appreciate how much care was put into the procedure, the whole thing was painless & I have just woken up and feel great! P.s. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist, I probably wouldn’t have been if I had a dentist as good as her! Thank you very much 🙏🏽

I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Pankti is! I've always been nervous about dental visits, but from the moment I walked into her office, I felt completely at ease. She has such a calming presence and took the time to listen to my concerns and reassure me. What really stood out to me was how she worked at my pace—always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood each step of the process. I never once felt rushed or anxious, and I left the office feeling like I was in the best hands. If you’re nervous about the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Pankti. She’s kind, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients’ comfort. So amazing that retuening for my second appointment a couple of weeks later, i felt confident and sk at ease and in a weird way, a little excited to visit back and be in safe hands, getting the work done that ive long needed and wanted.
