My hygienist appointment of 30 mins was 12 mins late to start, I was just sat in the waiting room. The actual cleaning stopped after 30 mins from the booking start time not the actual start time so from a 30 min clean that I paid for my teeth only saw about 18 mins of cleaning. Friendly staff. 3* Lowering to 2* as the practice told me to get in touch to rectify my experience and my emails were ignored.
