Denise is an excellent, passionate, expert orthodontist with a great eye for achieving beautiful natural smiles! Denise has been my orthodontist for over two years. When I first met her I had just had an accident where I lost my front teeth and I had very poor general dental health and severe misalignment. I was not convinced I would have straight teeth in my life... two years down the line I have a natural, vibrant smile all thanks to Denise!! She is very friendly to deal with and is very attentive and thorough during our sessions. Her impressive expertise are demonstrated every session as she explains each step of the treatment. Denise has managed to move a badly instanding tooth forward to be incorporated into my smile (where other dentists had previously suggested I had it removed!) Denise has also helped me improve my skin health. For years I had stubborn acne, but after a few months of Denise's expert advice in aesthetic medicine and use of Alumier products I have managed to remove acne that plagued me for years. I am extremely thankful to have met Denise. Her great work has bought out my natural beauty and vastly increased my self-confidence. I would recommend Denise to anyone considering braces or looking to improve with their facial aesthetics. Thanks a lot Denise!!!

I chose Denise to undertake our teenage daughter's orthodentics because she sounded kind and understanding (we had a terrible initial experience with another orthodontist who was arrogant and rude). Denise has her own children and really understood all the concerns of a teenager, from self image to practical issues. Every visit Denise always evolved the treatment plan to suit our particular child, and this was so appreciated - an empathetic approach to the patient. For example, she understood that the introduction of fixed braces had to wait until after a singing exam. When a complication arose that was nothing to do with the orthodontics (our child needed to have an extraction due to an unlucky filling), she came in to clinic especially to help adjust the braces in order for it to be carried out quickly. The fabulously straight teeth and superb end result are almost a given once you have read Denise's credentials and qualifications and we are certainly delighted with the result; but it was this exceptionally high level of customer care that really impressed us the most. All the nurses and other staff at the clinic are superbly caring and attentive too.

I should have had orthodontic work in my early teens, but mid 20s I realised that I was still extremely self-conscious of my smile-I had a bad overbite, and very out of line teeth which leant back. I decided to finally sort out my smile, so attended a consultation with Denise back in Jun 2015, and since then have received a fantastic treatment plan from Denise Taylor Orthodontics and subsequently with Dentistry at Oceana Boulevard. The difference in my smile is incredible- while at the same time looking completely natural, and I’m absolutely delighted when I receive compliments! After an initial false start of aiming to correct my overbite with twin block braces in order to avoid surgery, Denise reassessed my plan based on the results seen and we moved forward with a fixed brace and surgery option. I was extremely grateful for Denise’s honesty and throughout the process and took on board her highly professional opinion. Denise has always listened patiently to my requests and concerns, and explained well the pros and cons of the available options. It was possible for me to have white fixed braces where they would be seen, with the remaining metal in order to balance the quickest results, with a more aesthetic option for my day to day wear. Denise worked tirelessly to arrange my mandibular osteotomy with the University Hospital Southampton, and coordinated my orthodontics to be at the required stage in preparation for the operation. Her aftercare both post operation, and post brace removal (Mar 18) has been fantastic, and I appreciated her availability for advice or emergency brace adjustments/repairs when they were required- something which was incredibly helpful when working full time. Post brace removal I have undergone teeth whitening with Enlighten at Dentistry at Oceana Boulevard, and also 4 front veneers. I’ve very much valued Denise’s coordination with the Oceana team throughout the latter part of my treatment, to ensure that I was provided with the necessary retainers to keep my new smile looking perfect! I appreciate that my orthodontic case was not a straightforward one, and I am absolutely delighted that I chose to proceed with such a kind and professional orthodontist, who kept me at ease the entire process. Denise- thank you for taking up the challenge!
