He’s friendly, professional, helpful, and polite. Every practice should have a front desk staff member like him! A five star review for my dentist Dr S Patel speaks for itself. Unfortunately the practice infection control loses a star. Wearing gloves in the reception and going back into a room is concerning. No hand hygiene was another. However, at front of house with the reception staff, the male in particular, is and has so often been appalling, so no stars for patient experience. If I could only arrive without the rudeness, speaking down to me, unhelpfulness or better, bypass the reception altogether.
