Very expensive, giving diagnostics as if you needed certain many treatments like canal root treatments and refillings while other dentist say otherwise. I tried to first be an NHS patient which unsurprisingly they didn't accept althought the NHS website reflects they do, they are not doing their due diligence probably to attract to more prospective customers with the NHS hope. So I was forced to be a private patient, and they pressured to pay high deposits to book any appointment. I was roughly quoted £4,300 in total, consisting of a £200 core build-up, an £800 onlay preparation, composite fillings priced at £400, £350, £350, £350, £150, £50 and £50, a £350 porcelain onlay fit, and multiple Curodont repairs each charged at £125. This came to my surprise as I had no pain, no issues, I brush my teeth quite often and I just wanted to check if I had any issues and what I could do to keep my teeth healthy as I relocated. I got a second opinion without showing this breakdown and told me that I had no issues at all, just some buildups that happen naturally from saliva and recommend twice a year deep cleaning for £60 per session. Can you believe the difference? They explained me much more and I came 6 months later and they showed me that the few slightly darker areas where I had a canal root treatment were indeed scars and not any ongoing infection. So be very careful with your money and you mouth health, don't let them pressure you into anything.
Additionally, they record customer conversations and transcribe them with a GenAI, and send them to third party vendors like ChatGPT. I'm pretty sure this is illegal and breaks several data protection laws. Also, when they take scans of your mouth, they keep the door open while positioning you while biting and people walking by can see your face in such an inconvenient position. So be very careful what you disclose. I'm surprised and concerned about so many 5 star review, they might be bots writing fake reviews. I honestly don't even know how they are still in business.
