Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars so here it is. Terrible attitude towards customers. Took my son this morning for a routine procedure. He was in pain ever since the visit to the dentist. Had a call from his school to give him calpol for the pain. When we went back to the clinic after school and explained what was the problem I was toldby the receptionist: "it's not my fault yor son is in pain. Call 111 we are closing now". This shows a total lack of empathy and care for people's health. Not mentioning the butcher dentist, who caused the problem in the first place. So thanks to the"lovely and professional "staff my son is in pain for the whole weekend. Don't go there, stay away! Rude and careless staff. Which is exactly what you don't want from a dentist.

The Ear wax removal service offered at this Clinic is second to none. I've had on going problems with my ears for several years and have tried many different companies who offer this service since the NHS no longer offer help, the service offered here is by far the best I've known. The empathy, advice, knowledge and attention to detail of the GP who carried out the procedure was amazing. A lot of ear wax removal companies have appeared over recent years, many of them are unqualified chancers, this is not one of them, I won't be going anywhere else except here in future.

I could not recommend Shabin and Faye more, absolutely fantastic team and really put my mind at ease, I was terrified of the dentist from previous encounters(not this dentist) They were brilliant, kind and reassuring. Now for the results…after battling gum disease for some time and being told I was not eligible to get an implant because of this, I’d resigned myself to living my life with a denture But Shabin gave me the news my battle I’d been fighting I’d won, and for all I still could not have an implant (I’m a smoker) I could get veneers and bridge, to say I was ecstatic would be an understatement 😍 Thankyou so so much, you have changed my life. Worth every penny and highly recommended. See you in 6months for my checkup as you’re my dentist now 😁 P.S if I could give more than 5 stars I would

I’ve just completed 10 weeks of wearing Cfast braces with Dr. Alex Walker, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I've always lacked confidence in my teeth, and from the first consultation, Alex made me feel at ease. He recommended Cfast braces as a great option for the changes I wanted—and he wasn’t wrong! Although I was originally told to expect 12 weeks of treatment, it only took 10, and the transformation has been amazing. Alex was incredibly professional, kind, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special mention also goes to his dental nurse, Megan, who was fantastic throughout. She had gone through the Cfast journey herself and offered her own advice and support, which made a big difference! If you’re considering making changes to your smile, I can’t recommend Alex and his team enough. Their care, attention, and expertise were second to none!
