Today was our first appointment and I am very disappointed. There is no reception there and so no communication. It is just a building where different services rent treatment rooms. We were let in with someone attending another clinic and directed to wait in the dental area. We waited for 45 mins, in which time the dental nurse came out twice but didn't even acknowledge us. We left in disgust, having not even been acknowledged or greeted. A phone call some time later claimed they didn't know we were there - rubbish!
