Very busy and largely private dentistry of all sorts here. Frequently you may wait over your appointment time. The fees are around the average for routine care. I can't comment on their cosmetic work in any way. Both clinical and non-clinical staff though clearly very busy seem friendly and approachable.

I was referred to this practice, from Warwick hospital, for a tooth extraction. I am very anxious at the dentist, even for check ups. So having this treatment led me to even consider sedation. However, I decided to save my money and behave like an adult! I cannot believe that after turning up at 10.45 for an 11a.m appointment, and a trip to the loo, I was minus my tooth at 11a.m! Thank you SO much to Mr Soni, the oral surgeon, and his dental nurse. I was put at ease and felt more relaxed in your care. It wasn't worth the worry, after all.

The staff here are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Lovely dentists and receptionists. I’m autistic and a super anxious person when it comes to dental treatment, and the dentist I had made me feel at ease and comfortable, gave me breaks when necessary, and let me wear my AirPods as the drills were too loud for me. My last dentist regularly got frustrated with my nervousness and I felt like I was a problem for them, but at dental spa solutions I feel understood, respected and I fully trust the staff here to do the work needed and to help me cope with any treatments. Definitely a good choice moving to this dentist!

Absolutely scandalous. I went there for a follow up appointment to have a planned crown done. It didn't happen. Instead, I was literally only there for 3mins and was charged nearly £30 for doing absolutely nothing. I was robbed.

Unfortunately I have changed my dentist to another local - we feel the reception is difficult, cancelled appointments do not get communicated and the last hygiene treatment was poor.

I went to this practice for a wisdom tooth removal with Bronwyn. After being apprehensive about going to the dentist. I was put at ease immediately and the whole thing was done in half an hour with a full aftercare package. With little to no pain in 24 hours. Cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic service.

Avoid this place like the plague. No one should go in for treatment and come out crying their eyes out after being shamed of the apparent bad health of their teeth. This is the second time my friend has come out in tears after having a tooth removed. Utterly disgraceful and shocking behaviour. Avoid avoid avoid.
