Since my childhood I have seen people, thank my mum that her brother is a blessing for human beings and has a blessing hand. In particular I recall this incident where an old lady said her son suffered severe shoulder pain. He had traveled the World for treatment but without luck. It had been years he was suffering had CT scans, tests etc had eaten so much medication that he nearly lost his job and had given up as Dr's said that pain will take his life. One day he just happened to visit M Amir surgery and his pain was relieved. It was a pressed nerve and without any tooth extraction he recovered. I heard this with my own ears from that lady. No relation to us but she came to thank my mum at home who was not even aware of this. As later when they found out which family Amir was related to. It's a culture thing, people go to thank. Usually it was at weddings people would walk up to my mum and thank her that her brother treated their brother or relative who reside in UK and were suffering for years etc. But to personally pay a visit to someone who is so junior to them in age and thank them left me and my sister in awe. I recall a few years ago upon my visit to the UK Uncle Amir mentioned he is retiring at a family gathering. I insisted that he should not as I knew he was helping people recover and saving lives. I knew it would be a great loss as he is one of the most knowledgeable dentists in the World. Today what I saw on Google and read about the GDC I'm heartbroken. I feel guilty that I changed his mind to continue working. If I had not interfered, he would have retired then and been enjoying his retirement and not going through this. I don't know what to say. God forbid if anything happens to him, I will personally hold the GDC responsible. Please whatever misconception you have about M. Amir please clear it. I don't even know if I should ask Uncle Amir what happened as in our culture we respect our elders but my heart goes out to him. He takes his work very seriously and wellbeing of his patients. I'm very upset I'm not even in the same country as he is. I only visit every few years and meet my relatives. He is a wonderful person, always there for everyone and us. God placed him in this position God will help him. Everything happens with God's will. I was homesick today and thought let me check on Google whomever I miss I Google them and I saw this. I've not slept a wink since then. It was in the news, Her Majesty, the Queen has back problems and missed the Rememberance Day service and other appointments. I would suggest she visit him and I'm sure with God's Grace she will recover. I'm so confident about Mr Amir's treatment. Infact he should be honored with one of the Queen's Awards. Or should I say this is racism on the part of the GDC. It seems like so to me, after reading all the reviews on the GDC site. Or is it Jealousy?

If the GDC were wise they would have ignored Dr Amir, leaving him to continue to help people at his Putney practice. Their attempts to find fault with Dr Amir's wholistic treatment has caused them all manner of contortion and expense. The spotlight is now on them. They are not a pretty sight. The expediency of orthodontic extractions on little girls whose mouths are deemed too small is tantamount to Chinese footbinding and leads to neurological damage in later life, but who cares, by then, about a bunch of ageing women in poor health? Give the poor dears some happy pills. The GDC is holding back advances in dentistry in the U.K. whilst countries in Australasia, Eastern Europe and North America streak ahead. The GDC thik they can pander to people's vanity by providing dentists who can offer people cosmetic dentistry (if they can afford it). Long term health damage can be the result. Panic by the GDC can be the only explanation for their behaviour. Now their survival as a 300 staffed bureaucracy (what do they do all day?) is open to question. If they had kept quiet they might just have got away with it. Lucie Webb (Mrs)

Mr Amir has literally transformed my life. I have been a patient for 8 years and presented with several issues, TMJ, deep bite, cross bite, neck pain, foot pain, heart palpitations, breathing issues, chronic exhaustion, inability to work or to go out and cope with general day to day living, a whole life collapse was in progress. I have found the Mr Amir and Margaret extremely professional, knowledgeable, supportive in comparison to the 6 other dentists I tried first. If I had not found Mr Amir I am unsure how I would have coped with the rest of my life with the symptoms. My symptoms eased within hours of wearing the appliance and have I have continued to go from strength to strength. I still get the nerve tingle pins and needles or creepy crawly skin sensations but its very mild and only couple of times a day.

I started treatment with Dr Amir July 2020 after suffering with visual snow and dizziness for 2 years.By January 2021 the dizziness improved by about 90% and visual snow is about 70 - 80% better. Thank you Dr Amir for helping me improve my health hopefully the clinic will open soon so I can finish my treatment

Dr Amir is amazing and has transformed my teeth- the NHS wanted to extract 4 teeth which would’ve been terrible. Dr Amir widened my mouth, straightened my teeth and in turn helped my posture immensely. I hope that he reopens soon as after years of amazing treatment from him it would be devastating to not be able to finish my treatment. We love Dr Amir and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

I have heard about Dr Amir from a couple of friends, but when I read his reviews I just knew he would be the person to be able to fix my jaw and occlusion that has been a reason of a lot of pain, asymmetry and wearing down my teeth. My problems began when I was a child because of the practice of different careless dentists and orthodontists. For the very first time in my life I could trust the dentist from just a quick conversations we had with dr Amir, therefore I was gobsmacked hearing that he's been suspended by the GDC for the good job he's doing! We can't wait for him to be able to work again!
