Extremely disappointed with the refund process at Dentalcare Amersham. I cancelled my wife’s appointment it took a whole week just to receive the cancellation form. Despite being told the refund would be processed by 27th October, we are still waiting weeks later. We've now been told the delay is because the manager is unavailable – seriously? A modern dental practice shouldn't rely on one person to authorise refunds. The process is outdated, slow, and not patient-friendly. If payments can be taken instantly, refunds should be just as efficient. Very poor service.

For my first time at this clinic, I was very impressed with the quality of service. Dr. RS Dhillon is an expert. An excellent professional. I had a dental hygienist today and I was very satisfied. Fatima is the dental hygienist, very gentle and patient. Everyone is qualified and well-mannered, from the reception desk to the doctors and nurses.
