After over 20yra couldn't get emergency treatment ended up with infection in the bone taking 4 weeks and different dentists through 111 having paying privately to have infection scraped from the bone and hole packed with antiseptic worst experience ofy life

Absolutely appalling, if I could give zero I would. Has been my dentist since I was young, my dentist retired during lock down . The work that has been done on my teeth since is terrible. I have had a broken tooth for months & can't see anyone until September .. now I have had toothache for weeks in another tooth & can't get an emergency appointment, been phoning in the morning for last few wks with no luck ... but if it pay private, I can see someone next week .

Have to wait 6 months for a appointment even tho I got a cavity that need doing. haven't had a check up in 3 years, utter disgrace, should be able to sue them for neglect
