I bought a groupon last year for invisaligns and I continued for like 4-6 months by paying monthly. My teeth are the same they also contacted me telling that their ownership changed and i need to get other invisaligns and need to pay 200 each week per aligners(i used to pay 120monthly before) This is a scam i lost so much money and no results at all. Avoid!! They are professionally trained to scam!

I went to them for ‘Invisalign’ years ago, they are friendly but I would say it’s not worth the money at all & feels scammy. It was ‘pay as you go’ so they definitely benefit from you being in ‘Invisalign’ for longer. I ended up frustrated at the slow results & went to a certified Invisalign provider & paying an upfront agreed cost over the span of a year instead, when I told them about the treatment from W2 dentist they laughed because I was not even given attachments on my teeth so that’s why they had barely moved. If I would have gone to a certified provider to start with I’d have saved alot of money. Would not recommend.

Had a horrible experience here and left feeling upset. Said hello, no response. No smile. The doctor, she was unhelpful and unfriendly. Wish I had seen the reviews before booking a consultation.Total waste of my time and do not recommend at all.

Disappointing Experience with Misleading Promises and Prolonged Treatment I recently completed a treatment with this dentist to close a 4.3 mm gap in my upper teeth using plastic aligners. The main ask was to enhance my smile by reducing this gap together with other minor imperfections. During my initial consultation, the dentist assured me that the treatment could close the gap by about 70% within 9 months, which was encouraging. Unfortunately, my experience has not only failed to meet these expectations but has been a frustrating journey of overly extended treatment, inconsistent information, and disappointing results. After 7-months, my gap had only closed to approximately 3.5 mm. Concerned by this limited progress, I reached out to the dentist for clarification. To my surprise, I was told that my treatment plan was only expected to achieve a 30% improvement - an entirely different expectation from the initial promise. I have since seen reviews from other clients who had similar experiences, and I now realise that I should have been shown a detailed simulation of my final result right after my initial scan, but like others, I was not. Following my concerns, I was offered an extension of my treatment for an additional three months, at my own expense. The dentist told me that this would reduce my gap to about 1.4 mm, which was closer to my initial goal. However, after these additional three months, my gap still measures close to 3 mm. Now, the dentist has proposed yet another three-month extension at my expense, estimating that it would only close the gap to 2.2 mm - not even close to the 1.4 mm I was told in the last consultation. The issue here isn’t just about minor differences in measurements but about a pattern of misleading promises and lack of transparency. I have to say that my teeth did move as expected, and the aligners fit well throughout the process. Yet, despite my concerns and the failure to achieve the promised results, the dentist has refused to acknowledge any shortcomings in the process, offering no apology or compensation. Instead, she insists that this is a standard outcome. In hindsight, I strongly regret not opting for a well-known and reputable brand like Invisalign and a well reputed dental practice at the beginning. I do not recommend using this dentist. The experience has been disheartening and left me with far from the results I was led to expect. I recommend choosing a reputable practice known for transparent communication and reliable results as this is not an inexpensive treatment.

“Disappointing Experience - Wouldn’t Recommend” I recently visited Dentist @W2. From the beginning, the communication about the procedure and associated costs was unclear, and I left the initial consultation with many unanswered questions. During the treatment, I felt rushed and uncomfortable, and the staff seemed dismissive of my concerns. After the treatment, I experienced significant discomfort that wasn’t resolved with a follow-up visit. To make things worse, the billing was higher than I’d been quoted, and my insurance wasn’t handled properly, leading to unexpected expenses. Not recommended for veneers.

Extremely disappointed with Dentist @W2 and have wasted a significant amount of money. I opted for the aligners to straighten a few slightly shifted teeth, and was told the process would take 9 months. However, after 15 months of wearing their aligners and raising concerns about the lack of progress, my teeth are still not straight as of today. Despite multiple conversations with Karolina and additional scans, I was repeatedly assured that "the new aligners would solve the problem," but this promise was made every single time with no results. The aligners they provide are poorly designed, they are not straight! Dentist @W2 is incentivised to prolong the treatment, as we’re charged month by month – and this is the problem! Karolina kept insisting my teeth were moving, but that clearly wasn't the case. I’ve spent over £1,500 with nothing to show for it. When I expressed my frustration and asked to end the treatment, they completely ignored my message.
