Invisalign is something I’d been thinking about for many years, having always been unhappy with the shape and position of my teeth for as long as I can remember. I did a considerable amount of research into the cost, what might be involved and the dental practices offering the procedure. As a result of being in nursing for many years, I think my criteria for finding the right dentist was determined obviously by the need to feel confident in their knowledge and skills, but also their professionalism and approachability. I found all of this and more with Dr Young and his team. My Invisalign journey isn’t quite at an end , but the significant improvement in my teeth is clear to see. Throughout the procedure Dr Young has been thorough, informative and skilled, answering my numerous questions with patience and a genuine keenness to ensure I was fully aware of every Invisalign stage. The weekly scan by means of the phone App is a unique part of the process and enables effective communication, something I discovered few practices offer. A special mention to the team of dental nurses and receptionists too, who provide an efficient service and that all important friendly welcome.
