Mohsen is simply the best. There is no other better than him and the team in DreamSmile. I have severe gum recession and my teeth became more and more crooked because of weak gum. For years I’ve been wanting to straighten my teeth, but other dentists and orthodontists have rejected me multiple times because of the “risk” that nobody wants to take and told me there’s no way to improve my teeth. Mohsen was the only one believed I could have the great smile I always wanted and his confidence and expertise convinced me to give Invisalign a go with his team. And he was right! He couldn’t be more right! Although I still have bad gum, my teeth are perfectly straight and with an invisible wire they are much stable. I’m finally happy with my smile. Thank you! I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Please go to Mohsen if you want your teeth straightened in a perfect way and please go find Cheryl if your teeth are hard to clean.

I’ve been to this clinic several times to have my metal retainer replaced. I originally had Invisalign done by an orthodontist in Australia, and after seven years my top metal retainer finally broke. I went to Dream Smile to get a new one fitted, and it was a disaster from the start. The first dentist positioned it so low that I literally couldn’t eat properly - my bottom teeth kept hitting the wire. When I called to complain, they told me to “wait a few weeks and see if it gets better.” It’s a metal wire, not a pair of trainers you need to break in. I explained that I couldn’t bite properly and was eating mostly soft foods and soup, but they still insisted I wait. They eventually booked me in to have it redone by another dentist. This time, she placed it so high that I could floss between every tooth with regular string floss. The wire is practically sitting between my teeth and the roof of my mouth. When I went back to question it, I was assured it was “fine” and that it couldn’t be placed any lower - despite the fact that my original Australian retainer clearly had been. After about a year, part of it snapped. They glued it back together, and a few months later it broke again. This time, the dentist seemed completely unsure of what to do - the dental hygienist was coaching him through the process. He ended up cutting part of the wire off, leaving a noticeable gap. Now I have to go to a completely different orthodontist to get the wire redone properly. It’s incredibly frustrating because this also means my plastic trays will no longer fit, and I’ll have to pay to have them remade.

This is my go to dental practice for all my teeth concerns including Invisalign. I had a great experience with Cheryl, the hygienist at my recent dental visit. She was professional, gentle, and throughout the cleaning, explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My teeth are plaque free and shiny now. I plan to return for future hygienist appointments with Cheryl and her team.

I’ve been with this dental practice for several months, and my experience has been great. The reception team and staff are always welcoming and keen to help. Dr. Glaucia is the main reason I continue to come here (takes me 1h30 to get to Lewisham). She always shows duty of care before, during and after treatments, specially when extracting a tooth (really long appointment but I was always comfortable). Definitely one of the best dentists I’ve had. I def recommend this practice even if you live far like me.

This is after I completed all my treatments, during the retainer stage. I was particularly disappointed with Dr. Mohsen; Every time I express my concerns to him, he always makes excuses and is very perfunctory. Now I have completely lost faith in him.
