I strongly advise AGAINST seeing Dr. Patrick Williams. I initially trusted him based on a past experience from childhood, but returning as an adult turned out to be a terrible mistake. He practices in a number of clinics in London and i think its public interest to know about his character and lack of professionalism. From the start, he was rough and used excessive force during treatments, which left me with mild regret. One day, he spoke to me so rudely in his clinic that I was stunned, even needing to ask if he was truly addressing me—shockingly, he was. Two staff members who were present exchanged glances with me, aware of my disbelief. I felt uncertain about returning, but having already spent £980, I hoped to see it through with as little disruption as possible. I later sent Dr. Williams a letter, politely expressing my disappointment and asking for respectful communication moving forward. To my disbelief, Dr. Williams completely denied his behaviour, and worse, the two “nurses/assistant” present, colluded with him; likely to keep their positions in his practice. This was deeply unprofessional and dishonest, raising serious concerns about what else this organisation might conceal or misrepresent. My formal complaint, made on July 3rd, has been ignored for well over 4 months. The manager, Michelle (Of Dulwich Orthodontic Centre), has evaded every attempt at accountability, refusing to provide names of staff present and a refusal to disclose General Dental Council (GDC) registration numbers, even advising me to “Google Dr. Williams’ GDC number” rather than simply responding with an answer to the question. This refusal to cooperate violates the Freedom of Information Act, and it’s clear they have no interest in addressing serious issues and concerns raised. They’ve taken £980 of my money, and any semblance of engagement has vanished. Dr Patrick Williams shows a shocking lack of ethics, integrity, and professionalism. He is now under investigation by the General Dental Council and wider agencies. I urge you: DO NOT waste your money or trust on this deceitful dentist.

I recently completed my Invisalign journey at Dulwich Smile Suite, and I can't praise Dr. Stojanka Palko enough for her exceptional care and expertise. Stojanka is a true perfectionist, delivering top-notch dental care and service. I've been to many practices and spent a fortune on my teeth, but none matched the level of care and attention I received from her. I wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone—just ask for her when you visit. Having been a patient at Dulwich Smile Suite since childhood, I initially finished my treatment with braces under the NHS. However, my teeth shifted back due to not wearing my retainer. When considering whether to go for braces, Invisalign, or composite bonding, I had a consultation last year with Dr. Williams, the owner of the practice. He impressively had my first photos from nine years ago and showed me my initial brace fitting. Dr. Stojanka Palko was also present during the consultation, and she convinced me to opt for braces or aligners rather than composite bonding or veneers, which would have damaged my healthy teeth as other dentists had suggested. I am incredibly grateful to her for the guidance and exceptional service she provided throughout my treatment. She was always accommodating, especially during emergencies with my rubber bands, and never hesitated to help when I frequently broke the buttons. Stoyanka and her lovely nurse, Abbie, make an amazing team and bring so much warmth and professionalism to the practice. Dr. Williams has assembled a fantastic team. Michelle and Laura at the front desk are incredibly sweet and always greet you with smiles. I'm looking forward to returning soon to check my retainers. Keep up the great work, guys!

I recently completed my braces treatment and had composite bonding done at the Orthodontic suite and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire experience was great, thanks to the professional and friendly staff. I literally had zero complaints Special shoutout to Dr. Faye, my dentist, who did my composites. you are out here saving lives for real. Thank you. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Everyone was attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for very good orthodontic care.

I had quite a complicated bite and needed multiple rounds of elastics, etc. But after literally three years of aligners, I left with my teeth completely misaligned on one side of my face and with really bad gaps in the areas they filed to create space. I ended up having to pay for a 2nd Invisalign provider to finish the work and have recently paid over £1k in fillings to correct the holes that were left. I can't in good conscience recommend going here if you have a remotely difficult bite to correct. I give two stars because so many of the team are lovely and it was always nice to see them.

Couldn’t be happier with the treatment and service received for my daughter’s fixed braces. From start to finish the whole team a pleasure to deal with - very flexible with appointment changes due to school stuff and always super friendly. The place is immaculate too. I have been receiving my Invisalign treatment here for over a year now and have always been impressed by the excellent client service and care provided. My orthodontist Dr Jayneet Patel provides exceptional care, is friendly and very responsive to my treatment needs. He recently suggested we make a slight revision to my treatment to improve the outcome and offered fixed lower retainers as a courtesy to ensure enduring treatment results. This is a testament to his dedication to patient satisfaction and personalised care. Other practices may quote shorter treatment times, but at the Orthodontic Suite they are highly transparent from the outset, which speaks volumes about their integrity. The rest of the team, Georgina, Laura, Heidi and Michelle have been fantastic in my all interactions with them. Their responsiveness, warmth and eagerness to help make the Orthodontic Suite a fantastic place to receive dental treatment. What a brilliant team! Highly recommended.
