The staff place this place amazing. Cathy at reception is so helpful and Friendly always willing to help find a slot. Hannah is a phenomenal dentist. Alison the nurse is so helpful and so kind. They are a great team and always allow room for me to settle and feel comfortable as I really struggle with the nervousness of attending the dentist. Went downhill massively since the leave of other staff, Denise as she is known seems to be the only dentist working there now and she is very unprofessional... Was rude towards me and being very passive aggressive and as if I haven't already got bad enough anxiety as it is going to a dentist I have this worker which seems to hate her job and is completely unprofessional to the point I wonder how she even became a dentist... Made me not want to go back at all and honestly it's no wonder, makes me think how family friendly she is to kids, disgusting ideals for a dentist if you ask me, I'll be doing more than this review, I'm reporting her.

I have been coming to this dentist for around 2 or more years and everytime I come in, I'm made to feel welcome and comfortable. Hannah my dentist is by far the best dentist on this planet. She makes me feel comfortable, knows my worry about my teeth and confidence issues. She has gone out her way to help me in ways other dentists haven't!! Amazing service each time I'm in.

As someone who is petrified from dentists I get very emotional when I visit the dentist but Paul & the team can't do enough to put me at ease. I still do not like going to the dentist but this surgery & team are fantastic. 10/10

I understand I failed couple of appointments during the year,but I never got any notification,I tried to rearrange them all the time and I would be willing to pays fees for my missing appointments.i missed the appointments because my son been diagnosed with cancer last year and it's been very hard year for me when I was constantly in and out of hospital.Now I have pain in my teeths and no dentist can see me due to Covid.
