Good dentists but the admin is somewhat chaotic. Have phoned multiple times to try and move an appt and they don't pick up, and quite often appts are rearranged for months away by them. Strange as it's a private dentist!

Reception staff are rude and abrupt, I think they need to be reminded that this is a PRIVATE dentist that costs a small fortune everytime you visit. Good dentists though.

I've been coming to this practise for 13 years and I have only ever experienced great things and I've ever walked out with the biggest smile on my face ☺️ even though your so busy you always try your very best to get me in as quick as you can and every member of staff are friendly and polite and can't do enough to help you. I've been to a fair few dentististrys in my time but not one comes close to dutch barton 😁🙏

I never saw a dentist despite multiple attempts. I called to book an appointment and had to explain what an appointment was to the receptionist. I turned up for my appointment and waited 20 minutes but there was no dentist. I booked another appointment but the receptionist didn’t enter it into the system so again I was unable to see a dentist.

Phenomenal service from Dutch Barton, and as an adult returning to the practice I attended as a child, I can attest to how much progress they have made in terms of digital dentistry, customer service and an individual approach that caters to the bespoke needs of each patient. Having had major reconstructive work recently I cannot fault the treatment and the emotional intelligence of the dentists and nurses/support staff. So much time and kindness is given to patients and this makes all the difference. Simon and the team are especially good with anxious patients and I even received follow up calls to check on my wellbeing in the aftermath. Fees also very reasonable considering the expert job done. Would unequivocally recommend, especially to anyone with complex needs, dental anxiety, or patients just looking for kind/intelligent treatment.

My bridge came out had it put in years ago at a different dentist when I lived elsewhere James sorted it for me and it looks better than it did before thank you so much. The reception staff were lovely and helpful

Without doubt the level of dental service and dental experience that this dentist offers qualifies Dutch Barton as the best dentist in Bath and the surrounding areas that I have found. If it is Teeth Whitening, Endodontistry, Cosmetic dental care, Periodontistry, crowns and dental implants that you want then look no further. Dutch Barton has carried out all of these procedures on myself and my family with great success.
