My 6 year old daughter is a very anxious child and generally terrified of healthcare professionals. We had a few visits to various dental clinics, including a paediatric one, but she was too afraid and did not allow her teeth to be cleaned. Yesterday we saw Jodie, the hygienist and not only she managed to clean my daughter’s teeth, but my daughter then asked “when are we coming back to the hygienist ? I like my teeth being cleaned.” I’m incredibly grateful to Jodie and her assistant for being so amazing, so patient and so skilful with my daughter. (I’m Jodie’s patient too, and a very happy one).

Jodie and Jo came into our small SEN school to talk to our children about dental hygiene. The ladies were lovely with the children and the children loved the experience, the ladies did their best to engage the children and cater to all their needs. It is so important to have professionals come into our schools to educate our young people and the staff at Easy Smile were more than happy to help! I have been using this Dentist for at least 3 years and he has been wonderful! Dr Ben is very kind and patient explaining everything and making sure you are comfortable throughout. I had to have some extensive work done meaning 90 minuets in the chair! He suggested I might try an audiobook. I got some earbuds and downloaded a audiobook from the Library and have never looked back. It’s amazing as it drowns out the sound of the DRILL which HATE and gives you something else to concentrate on,I would recommend it to anyone!! All the office staff and Dr Ben’s nurse are very friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend the Practice enough and have been very pleased with all the work I have had done……

Horrendous, absolute charlatans. My daughter had treatment today at a cost of £609.00, no estimate given, charged usurious amount for draining a tooth and some plaque removal. The website clearly states free consultation but my daughter was charged £28. The whole caboodle only took an hour, how can anyone justify that? Oh yes, to be fair we have had a quote to finish the treatment, another £400 so £1k for a filling!!!
