I was a patient here since Jan 2018. Last month I was running 15 mins late for an appointment. I rang to apologise and the receptionist told me as it’s the second missed in 7 years I have to change dentists, giving the reason I was a “waste of chair space” - a sentence repeated to me five times in as many mins. I think that’s beyond an unprofessional way to speak to a patient, or even a person. I did not want to change dentists as the first dentist I was seeing at the practice (Mr C Smith) - broke a tooth while working on adjacent one which led to a removal. My last appointment (with Mr O Madhar) was trying to understand why the root canal he gave me still has feeling and pain over a year later. A hospital scan was being arranged but now I’ve been left without contact. I have to now sign up to a new dentist, wait for my first appointment so they can have a fresh look at things and go from there.

The receptionist they are not professional and they don't have respect for patients and without their profession they try to give us wrong advise they don't care about about health.this is ridiculous I try to speak the manager they don't want give me appointment to speak to the manager.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Friendly, generous and actually listen to you, not to mention talented. I got a VERY deep filling replaced and you would never even know it wasn’t a tooth!! Amazing, thank you!

Showed up for my appointment just to be told by the nurse (who was filling in as the receptionist that day) that my appointment has been cancelled by the doctor - without letting me know. No missed calls, no email or text message from the dental surgery which is just rude and unprofessional. The next available appointment is of course not until next month... Save yourself the disappointment and choose a dentist who is actually organised, they can't even get the basics right.

Dr. Francesca is truly amazing, and the entire staff is friendly and professional. I had a peg lateral tooth that made me feel uncomfortable about smiling. Dr. Francesca suggested a composite veneer, and I’m so glad I trusted her. She did it perfectly, and now it looks just like a real tooth! I finally feel confident smiling. I couldn’t recommend her more!

DO NOT go to this practice - I got some cavities filled here and could not chew on the right side of my mouth for 6 months. After going back multiple times it was still not fixed. I finally went back after months and they did fix it however they charged me to fix even though it was their mistake because they had not filed down the cavity properly. The receptionist at the front is hostile and rude, and would not budge when I argued it was unfair, keep in mind this was not through NHS care and was paid privately. Save your money and take it elsewhere.

Excellent dental practice. I recently struggled with attending a crown-fitting appointment, but Francesca, my dentist, and Veena, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make other arrangements for me, staying late themselves to sort the problem- which I’m very grateful for! The dentists and assistants I’ve seen so far have been kind and knowledgable, taking the time to explain each procedure thoroughly and making me feel at ease. Overall, an efficient practice with extremely competent and friendly staff.
