I was very disappointed after the orthodontic treatment at this Egodent clinic... Before starting this orthodontic treatment with Ms. Costea Maria Carmen, I had also been to this clinic to see the dentist, Ms. Mioara Tigleanu, with whom I was very pleased. It is certain that Ms. Costea failed in the human-doctor-patient relationship, and Mr. Vlad Mateciuc was very rude and lacking in common sense during a telephone conversation with him. I would have written more in this review, but unfortunately Google doesn't allow me to. There is a lot to say, it is certain that my orthodontic treatment was not successfully completed and I was dissatisfied with this clinic, with Ms. Costea and Mr. Vlad Mateciuc... the ladies at the reception, very nice and with common sense, as well as Ms. Nurse Maria who worked with Ms. Costea, during the orthodontic treatment, I want to thank her, always with a smile on her face and kind, and Mr. Dr. Dragos Cotinghiu, also very kind. I am deeply disappointed with these two people mentioned above, Mrs. Costea and Mr. Vlad Mateciuc. I will try to elaborate more on Trust Pilot if I can, but overall I do not recommend this clinic because of Mrs. Costea and Mr. Vlad Mateciuc! Why are you deleting my review from your Facebook page, Egodent?!? You have also blocked me on Facebook!! You are very transparent, what more can I say... My bite is not correct and the temporomandibular disorder is still there because it was not treated by Mrs. Maria Carmen Costea. Because of this, my prosthetic works, after orthodontic treatment, are not as they should be. I am not saying this because I am crazy, but my dentist, who nevertheless has studies in the field, does. "My review was a sincere and respectful critique of my experience with the clinic's services. I did not demonstrate any aggressive or harassing behavior. The allegations that I have engaged in such behavior are false and unfounded. Please retract this statement, as it constitutes defamation against me. My review reflects personal experience and is protected by the right to free speech! Thank you!"
