Appalling treatment from Francis Moore yesterday . My daughter was in severe pain haven't slept for 3 nites . No xray has been done to found out what the problem is. He said you’ve got a gum infection . Well Francis Moore if you carried out your work properly you would have seen she needs a Root-canal . Luckily we found another Dentist today she is now out of Pain. NHS patience be aware but at least Francis Moore you managed to sale her some expensive Tooth paste . 😡

Whilst on holiday on the Island, my husband damaged a tooth whilst eating. Elm Grove dental practice was recommended and on contacting them, by phone, they couldn't have been more helpful. The receptionist managed to arrange a same day emergency appointment with the hygienist. We arrived at 4pm and received a warm welcome by Tracy the hygienist who treated my husband, administering a temporary filling. She was friendly and very professional. It was a relief to have the treatment carried out so quickly. So thank you all very much.
