After booking a consultation, I unfortunately had to cancel due to a family emergency. I was advised to call to arrange a full refund, which I have now done three times. Each time, Jenny has assured me that someone would return my call, but I have yet to hear back from anyone. It’s quite disappointing, as the service was excellent during the booking process but has fallen short in aftercare. It’s a shame, as I had intended to book with them again, but I’ll now be looking for a more professional clinic.

I had an excellent experience at Enamour Dental Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional, especially Dr. Rashmi, who guided me throughout. The clinic is modern and spotlessly clean, with good equipment too. The dentist took the time to explain every step of my treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The service was brilliant, and the pricing was transparent with no hidden fees throughout. I left feeling confident and happy. I highly recommend Enamour!

I had a hygiene clean prior to this appointment which identified some issues needing fillings. I knew from my previous dentist that I had some issues so this wasn't a surprise to me. What I was particularly impressed with at Enamour, is that I felt like I was having a genuine conversation with the dentist rather than a transactional one. With most places going private and the costs of treatments increasing, I've been looking at different dentists because although I'm trying to save on costs (as a Woking mum) the priority needs to be the service and care and I feel like I got this here. I did my filling 4 days ago and so far no issues. It was a bit more pricy than NHS but not more than most private practices.

Both my mum and I have had a couple of treatments, and the experience has been excellent each time. Professional and honest sevice. I asked many questions regarding laser treatment, and I was given honest answers and was not hounded to pay and was encouraged to come back if I wanted. And ofcourse after looking around and researching I did go back for my laser hair removal, and even though going through hormonal peri menopausal changes I have seen huge reduction in hair growth on legs and arms. Plus - clinic is clean, Dr Rashmi is experienced and her staff attentive to customer needs.

💀sketchy cancelling without notice it seems weird in there though weird vibes💀first said it was 86£ for a filling later got billed around 500 quid for 3, Morden dentist would have been 360 for 3... 500 for white fillings lol gtfo😖
