Lola the dentist, is very friendly and efficient, as are the other members of her team. The surgery and waiting room were very clean. Although, I think most people don't enjoy a visit to the dentist, my visit was excellent and full of fun.

Outstanding service! I was hesitated with the mixed reviews here but Dr. Lola and her team are patient, friendly, and thorough. Our whole family had a great experience, including our 3-year-old, who left smiling with a sticker. Despite the simple building, the equipment is excellent, and they still accept NHS patients. Highly recommend!

Highly incompetent people specially the receptionist. I have an appointment and they cancelled without informing me when I reached there saying surgery has building works and doesn’t let us enter the building as there is no dentists either really disappointed.

Please , do not use this dentist. I put my 77 yr old dad on there waiting list as he's recently had to go into a nursing home , and has lost a full set of dentures waited weeks for an appointment was told this was on the NHS list. Few days before appointment told no NHS space and dentist could see him privately, on the evening before the appointment I was called and told it was cancelled due to the dentist being unwell. I requested another dentist could possibly see him explained again he's situation and that I couldn't tell him it had been cancelled as this would unsettle him greatly amongst other things. Receptionist not at all helpful I asked to speak to the practice manager or manager. A lady came on the phone crying and hysterical that she was the dentist the hygienist and the cleaner and was not at all well. Quite frankly I was shocked by this behaviour very unprofessional , I understand people get ill this was very distressing and stressful. The lady then hung up on me. To them receive a email with a rescheduled appointment which I declined , then another email to say my dad could be seen as a NHS patient and the dentist would see him in her lunch break again I declined I wouldn't trust this dentist with my dad , certainly not in he's current situation. Please please avoid. I called southborough dentist next morning and explained situation they responded with care , kindness and empathy and understanding and seen my dad that afternoon and we're amazing. No stars (have to put one )
