Great staff and facilities The environment is very neat and serene. The reception waiting area shows how client comfort is prioritised by the business. As a new mum, I appreciate the availability of a ramp for easy access to the building. I also appreciate their commitment to a greener environment by going paperless for documentation. Although when registering and attending first appointments the forms may be lengthy, the questions raised are important and cover your medical history. For someone who is big on customer service, I was impressed by the service I received at the reception. The ladies created a welcoming environment and were very friendly.The difference between the service we received 8 months ago versus recently, is like night and day. I am yet to attend an appointment that will use the dental equipment so I cannot speak to that aspect. However, if you are looking to register I implore you to read recent reviews to make a decision.

I tend to not go to the dentist until I really have to. As per usual toothache sufferers like myself wait until the pain is intolerable I'd been through a week until Monday the tenth. I could no tolerate it anymore.it was just out of practice hours. Soi left a message anyway thinking that'll be the last I hear I bet. Well wasn't I supper blown out my bet at 845.: Hi it's Falkirk dental practice how far away are you. Told th e lady 15 mins. Can you be here for 930. Never have I had an emergency taken care of so quickly Dr Islam had me diagnosed treated out the door in approx 15 to 20 minutes and for five if those minutes I was talking to Dr Bashir as I bumped into him as I was leaving. Thanks for such a speedy response and as always professional people from the desk to the door all play a part in a well put together start to finish team effort.
