Needed an emergency appt today (Saturday) due to a broken tooth which had fractured right down to the gum 😱 Kalpana was extreemly gentle & very professional. She explained XRay1st & all my options. That she would start with a filling, if that caused me problems she would then go to step 2, then 3, then 4. All perfectly logical. Love this practice, i even left my rubbish lazy NHS dentist to join here as a private patient. Always outstanding care here, thank you. No longer dread my dental visits 😃.

I am on the road to my perfect smile with friends dental. So far, I have nothing but praise. Needing a lot of appointments and bits going on underneath to get what I want. Today I had a root canal treatment (appointment 2 out of 6) which was totally pain free and over in seconds. My lovely dentist Dr Lucja makes me feel at ease every time. She's so friendly and nice, explains everything to me and I just feel like I can shut my eyes and let her get on with it, she has made me feel like I can just totally trust her. I'm a very very nervous patient and have put off the dentist for many years unless I have a problem or really really have too, but she makes me feel like I am going for a nice relaxing hair cut rather then the dentist. She's very calm and patient. I feel like I am in good hands for getting exactly what I want and can't wait to see the final result. The technology they have in here is insane, the things they can see and show you are mad. The Hygienist Bala who I saw was also easily one of the loveliest ladies I have ever met, I was so nervous and she was so lovely and patient and calm and reassuring, of stroking my face when I teared up! (Over fear not pain!) The lovely ladies on reception work so hard, their phone doesn't stop ringing but they always put a smile on my face and have time for me. Really love how clean and comfortable the surgery is too. Doesn't feel clinical and gross. Thank you for helping rid me of my dental phobia and avoidance!
