Complete frustration with this clinic, they have fractured my veneers in half and cemented it back in two pieces. The dentist did an awful work and they refused to pay for my replacement veneers! As well as they receptionist was totally rude and disrespectful over phone arguing that they would not pay for a new veneers. Don’t see this clinic they don’t treat customer correctly and don’t compensate if you have any trouble like it did. They blamed that my veneers was fractured when it was in complete good condition.

First time using G1 Dental and am really pleased to have found this practice. When I turned up to my hygienist appointment with C. Ballantyne I was nervous and over anxious, but she was extremely kind and patient with me. Dentist G. Basi was also great. I left feeling confident, not judged and stressed about every small flaw. Staff are excellent.

I am so mortified the dentist I have been with for years has struck me off because of my health condition as I have epilepsy and could not attend my appointment due to a seizure and accused my bad language to strike me off @!@if you have any medical conditions please do not sign up I have to go to the dental hospital for emergency treatment due to their bad democracy, been here for years and the new management has no empathy even paid in advance # not good dentist for disabled patients

If you pay your treatments - they treat you well. If your an NHS patient. They treat you like crap. I've been literally begging for over two years to try and get false teeth from them. The last time I went - it was a scale and polish. No reply when I asked. Again. NOW... They are playing their little game again. Claiming I've missed an appointment. And it's went from £10 to £30 they want. Before they will see me again. As for this 'missed appointment' nonsense. I did go in with toothache. And guess what ? Here's some antibiotics - come back in a week. I took them. And then side of my face ballooned out with a swelling. That, was the only 'missed appointment'. But they knew about it. I phone up two days before - to say I was feeling as sick as a dog. Thanks to their - u must take these pills first - approach. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I’d been going to G1 Dental for years since moving to Glasgow, but honestly, I never really felt cared for there. It always felt a bit like they were more focused on cosmetic stuff and bigger budgets. I recently went to another local dentist for a check-up and the difference was huge. They actually took time to explain things and made me feel cared for, as well as mentioned my old root canal (done at G1) that was left without a crown, which can cause the whole tooth to break later on with time— something I was never told before. (hence not even in my 30's and a broken tooth imagine) Just disappointing to realise that after so many years with them my feelings was always right and proven with my newest experience with my new local dentist. Shocking, always trust your gut and try other practices definitely.

I was told a hygienist (HYG) cleaning would cost £99, which I paid. After the appointment, my teeth looked no different, and when I raised my concerns I was told I’d need to book another £99 session. Felt like a waste of money. I feel misled and very disappointed with the service.

Been going here for years and always had a great experience with all of the staff. 1 star off as the booking process could be easier, eg online system, particularly for routine appointments. I find that when needing to rearrange or make bookings, it’s quite difficult to liaise with the reception to find a suitable time. I appreciate they are trying to manage a tough diary, but it doesn’t always end up a quick or pleasant experience for both sides.
