The actual orthodontists are amazing and are very friendly. The receptionist however is another story, I phoned for 20mins 4 days of the week to tell them I couldn’t make my appointment, they did not answer at all and say it’s because they are busy. (receptionists are just lazy). When I got through they made me pay for another appointment and because I told the receptionist it wasn’t my fault they couldn’t answer the phone, they proceeded to schedule all my appointments the minute the orthodontist opened even though they knew I had school and couldn’t do that. Once again the orthodontists themselves were brilliant but the receptionists were absolutely appalling.
