This dentist surgery is amazing from when you call as a first time patient and get emergency appointment the same day . I have a real fear of dentist after previous bad experiences and this is the first time I really felt reassured and had extraction with no difficulty or pain and low anxiety levels. I really would highly recommend this surgery . Everyone so friendly and welcoming.

Have booked a hygiene clean with them, as my usual dentist was fully-booked for a few months due to the backlog from the pandemic. I have booked my appointment 3.5 weeks in advance. Two nights before my appointment, I am sent a reminder, which contained cancellation policy (no later than 48 hours in advance) - I thought this was pretty reasonable but did not have a need to cancel. Image my surprise, when the day before my appointment (which is meant to be at 9am), I am receiving a phone call at 2:30 pm to say that the hygienist has cancelled all of the appointment and the next appointment they can offer me is 3.5 weeks from now?! This is whilst I have already waited for 3.5 weeks. No explanation was offered to me and a simple "sorry, but I ma just a receptionist, so I can't help you" was the answer. I requested for the practice manager to sort this out, as I was in a lot of need for this appointment. I received a voice mail 3 hours later saying "unfortunately, we cannot accommodate your appointment tomorrow" (which I already knew) and "unless you know a hygienist we can use, you need to call back the reception and they will book you into the next available appointment. Oh, and I would also advise to book a dentist visit at some point". What does a client have to do with this information and an unhelpful attitude? No explanation was offer. No alternative apart from an appointment 3.5 weeks away was offered. No emergency appointment/cancellation appointment was offered. No discount for future appointment (to make things right) was offer. The time I have taken off work was wasted. Absolutely appalling. Not coming back to this dentist and would discourage anyone to book, as there is no guarantee that your appointment will actually take place.

Fantastic experience for my 21 year old son who had a terrible phobia. Dr Ho and his amazing dental nurse showed such empathy and patience with him he no longer has a phobia. Absoloutely an amazing duo. Can't thank them enough. 👏👏👏👏😁

Can't fault this dental surgery. My son is quite the clumsy one & we have had to come numerous times both emergency & non-emergency & they've been nothing shy of fabulous with him. Him Ho has by far been the best dentist with my son. At our most recent check up he sat my son down & explained my X-rays to him. He explained what he was looking for & also gave my son positive reinforcement when he made comments about my X-rays. This is going above & beyond, my son is 4 (nearly 5) & despite the teeth trauma from falling he thoroughly enjoys coming to the dentist.

I am new to the Grange St Dental Practice - following an eye-wateringly expensive recommendation from elsewhere regarding a troublesome tooth. Mr Rawal presented a range of options with clear and sound advice as to the pros and cons of each - this left me with a far greater sense of control and confidence. In surgery he is patient, kind, professional and highly capable. The support staff were, without exception, great at their jobs and clearly love what they do.
