I'm disappointed. I had a broken tooth, so I called the practice. I told the receptionist I wanted to make an NHS appointment, and she said, "OK." I arrived at the practice and my tooth was treated. The dentist said the handling will be £200, and I need to go back in 3 weeks to check if the filling is working well; if not, we will see what the next step is. I was happy the filling worked, and I went back to the dentist. I told her the filling was good, so I thought we were done. But she started talking about how I need more things done to this tooth for a few hundred pounds. I became upset as I didn't see this coming after my first appointment and my agreement with her. She said I misunderstood her, but I don't think I did. I realised later at the first appointment that they had quoted me private prices rather than NHS prices, even though I had specifically asked for NHS service. I'm really disappointed, and I don't recommend this practice.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here for composite bonding or even general dental care. Over three visits, I experienced repeated mistakes, unprofessional handling of my concerns, and dismissive attitudes from both Dr. Innani and Dr. Sneh Shah. I came in for composite bonding on one tooth paying £195 inc £35 consultation fee which was supposed to be refunded upon treatment, and that I didn't receive. After the first treatment with Dr. Sneh Shah, I explained I wasn’t happy with the bonding, and upon asking for it to be removed, I was told that wasn’t possible. During my second visit, Dr. Sneh Shah grazed and reshaped my front tooth, which wasn’t even meant to be treated, and I was told during the session "this was going to happen as I'm doing it freehand" which is completely unacceptable. When I pointed it out, she denied any responsibility. On my final visit, now with Dr. Innani, the bonded tooth chipped immediately after treatment. She mentioned the reason for this was due to an “error with the polishing,” leaving me worse off than when I came in. Having been promised a call-back and left waiting for hours from her, I was never called. When I finally spoke to Dr. Innani, she dismissed my concerns, and accused me of lying stating "show me proof" not responding to the email I initially sent which she said she would, and further disregarding the situation. This whole experience has caused me unnecessary stress, loss of confidence, and wasted both time and money. Instead of accountability, I was met with excuses and disregard for the damage caused. To make matters worse, my family also suffered here: one went in for a simple filling and left with a damaged tooth that required a £350 root canal. Another paid £200 for fillings but was left in pain for weeks, which they were told by another dentist that there was a hole in one of the teeth where the filling should have been. Horrible experience. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone.

I have to say that Dr Shiri is the best orthodontist that I have come across. My daughter had her braces done by her and iv met many others who I have not been comfortable with. Dr Shiri took her time to explain things in a clear manner and gave us the option of not taking any teeth out which is one of the biggest reasons that put me off from getting braces done; no other dentist ever informed me that this was even an option that we could try! It was so good to know that we recieved her expert advice so that we could make an informed choice. Her advice and care for my daughter was absolutely great, and you felt that she actually cared about her patients; which is hard to come by these days. Her meticulous work was amazing and I'm so pleased with the results and so is my daughter. I am so glad that i found her and i would definitely recommend Dr Shiri. Finding a trustworthy orthodontist is very hard and I hope she stays at this dentist for a very LONG time.
