Firstly the practice is superb, clean, calm atmosphere and friendly staff, Dr Alex Widera Has been absolutely amazing at helping me completely overcome a life time of dental phobia, I had neglected my teeth for many years due to fear, and his patients and ability to explain and reassure me during procedures has literally cured me. So much so I have started a complete treatment plan with him and can safely say my teeth are on the road to recovery!! If you’re a fearful patient like I was please do not hesitate to call Woodbridge hill dental practice. 5 stars ! Can’t thank them enough.

I've had a great experience with them so far! I recently had some composite to improve the look of some baby teeth (as recommended by them) and I'm amazed by the results - so natural and subtle. Would definitely recommend!

I first called in to make a composite filling appointment. The receptionist told me to book an emergency check up appointment. I went for the emergency check up appointment without knowing why today. After I left the clinic, I called in again to ask why I was put on emergency appointment. The receptionist put me on hold and told me that they would call me back to sort things out. Then they never called me back. When I called them back again without their returning call. I was put on hold by the receptionist. Then the manager (male) picked up the call and told me that "you need to find another dentist. But your emergency appointment will be charged. You have been harassing my receptionist for an hour, good bye." I have been very confused about why I was put on emergency appointment in the first place. And I feel attacked by the manager.

Incredibly impressed by the service we received on Saturday morning from Woodbridge Hill Dental Practice. They really did go above and beyond for us. My daughter was seen incredibly quickly and the dentist and receptionist who dealt with us were fantastic. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Dr Omer Hasem El-Hamdoon!!! sharlaton dentist! Do your research on this person before you even see him, you could receive damage to your health permanently he does not give a toss anything for money, issues are not referred by him unnecessary quick fixes. then he leaves and goes to another practice, you can run but not hide Mr omer. Previously at northheath dental erith....your on the radar be warned people this guy is dangerous Woodbridge do really know this man's history.? Obviously not

I had my dental hygiene appointment and was looked after amazingly. Ampule time was provided for the treatment and information on improving my gum health

Interesting that the Surgery deny they recognise my name - this a standard . Typical refusal to take responsibility. I would not publish my full name on here anyway of course. Interesting that there is a veiled attempt to undermine my complaint by suggesting that some form of discrimination has occurred. Let me assure you that I would never discriminate against anyone for any reason other than their bad behaviour and if you are suggesting racial discrimination - perhaps you would like to meet my husband.
