Been at this practice since being young and always done there very best upmost to keep my teeth how they should be while making me feel relaxed and step by step informed what’s going to happen and also the next stage of my dental treatment. The 2 Reception staff were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. Within 2 weeks of being on the waiting list we was accepted as nhs patients. Then registered our children and booked their checkup for the same week. Checkup and treatment appointment was only 2 days apart! Overall really good however the wait to be seen was around 30 minutes. Highly recommend

Booked in for a check up appointment for 9.40am waited till 10.26 to be seen which was pathetic as the dentist just looked in my my tapped a couple of my teeth and said keep brushing come back in 6 maths!!! Never checked my gums or all my top and bottom teeth. Appalling

Just had the most unusual conversation, I think your receptionists need more people skills and training if they can't even understand a very simple question that a child could understand.

Had white filler put in my back tooth which has worn down since having it in for 2 years. Asked if I could get the filler topped up I was told white filler is private now and I would have to pay £160!

Basic waiting area & business like. Only Private patients currently. Receptionists didn't know if NHS patients would be taken on in near future.
