Wow, where do I start! Natalie, you literally helped me change my life when I called in an anxious state. You took so much time and care to just talk to me. That time was invaluable and I can not thank you enough. I knew I’d get a nice welcome but didn’t expect every single person I then came across to be so understanding and nice. Natalie and Zarnab are the first lovely faces you see and immediately put you at ease with the most wonderful welcome. Carina is beyond amazing with her care and compassion and even held my hand when the worries came ( it was a lot ). Then Marius, well he’s the MOST amazing dentist, caring, kind and a great sense of humour, definitely needed to calm the nerves! I would travel miles just to keep Marius as my PAINFREE dentist! Leena you were the cherry on top with my hygiene appointment, nothing phased you and the wonderful Shala. You took time and talked me through every little thing you did. I felt my worries just disappearing because of your professionalism and such caring nature! Hampshire dentist you really do what you say, pain free dental treatment and with a smile!! From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by Zarnab, whose outstanding customer service immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The dentist Marius was exceptional, taking the time to clearly explain each step in detail, which made me feel fully informed and reassured throughout the appointment. I was equally impressed with Vaida, the hygienist, who carried out her work with great professionalism and explained the process thoroughly, ensuring the experience was both comfortable and pleasant. Definitely the best check up I’ve ever had. Had a few issues bugging me for a while and my usual dentist wasn’t particularly helpful so decided to pay a bit more and go somewhere else and I’m super glad I chose Hampshire Dentist. The entire team from the receptionist, dental nurses and the dentist himself were all 10/10. Amazing service, super friendly and helpful and the dentist gave me all the options possible for my needs. I love the full head scan they offered too. Will definitely be using them from now on for all my dental care. Thank you!
