My experience at Hello Dental has been brilliant. Neel and his Team provide a service which is both high quality and patient focussed. Nothing is too much trouble for the Team; during procedures they keep you calm and pain management is exemplary. I would highly recommend Hello Dental to anyone who is looking for a modern professional practice which delivers excellent dental outcomes and fully meets clients’ expectations.

I recently had gum contouring with Dr Neel Sanghavi after being self conscious about my uneven smile and gums for a long time, none of my local dentists offer this service so I was so glad to find hello dental who talked me through it all and showed me other cases they had helped. Although a subtle difference to others it’s been a huge difference for me and I no longer cover my smile. I am now starting whitening from hello dental too so am excited to see the end result!

Amazing! Neel and the team are just awesome. I have always hated (and I mean full on pre-appointment panic attacks) going to the dentist, but these guys are understanding, calm, and have a heap of techniques that just make everything better. Neel is great at sharing information that normalises the process, and the breathing techniques he has taught me have actually helped in everyday life too. On a side note - the dental work is fantastic as well, my teeth now look great - but that isn't why I chose Hello Dental, I had heard they do things differently and hoped they would help me. I would totally recommend that anyone who has any reservations about getting dental work done to go here.

It was clear Jagar and Kat had my best interests at the forefront of the treatment process and made sure I was aware of what was occurring every step of the way which was highly comforting. I was anxious before my 2 hour appointment but Sagar & Katrina soon put me at ease. The procedure itself was much smoother and more comfortable than I expected, and I was impressed by the level of care and attention I received throughout. What I appreciated most was how patient and understanding they were, making sure I felt comfortable the whole way through. I walked out not only relieved but also genuinely happy with the results. I can’t thank them enough for turning what I thought would be a stressful experience into such a positive one. Highly recommend to anyone—especially if you’re a bit anxious about dental visits!

Thank you to Hello Dental for looking after me so quickly after I lost a filling. Within 3.5 hours after the call, I was with Shyam who fixed my tooth, made me feel at ease and was very reassuring.
